Cons: As we grow, we need more attention. Not many leads coming through them.

Pros: Leads are usually pretty good and if the leads are bad, they have the easiest return process of any of the lead providers that I deal with. They also have excellent customer service. My Dealix rep checks in with me an a regular basis and quickly resolves any issues that I have.
Cons: Sometimes customer seem confused about how we received their info but those leads are quickly credited by Dealix

Pros: Stuart Mintzer was our rep for a period of time, now we have Micah Davies as our rep. Both of them have been very helpful if there is any questions in regards to our account. In the other hand, even though we get a lot of leads, there is no complaint on their end every time we ask for reimbursement. Great customer service!
Pros: The representatives visit the dealership more often than others do. I really appreciate the assistance they provide. Very professional!
Cons: Some Duplicates pop up from time to time, but I wouldn't really call this a "con".
