Pros: Basic CRM is great. Much better than our last CRM.
Cons: Alerts for OEM leads, don't always happen

Pros: Good company. When we had a small dealership, they were great. Over the years, we have outgrown them.
Cons: As we grow we need a more solid CRM. Much time is wasted trying to fix problems.

Cons: The only downside is that the turnover is high and our rep is always someone new.
