Pros: Listen well, create solutions customized for our needs, have extremely high integrity, provide excellent reporting and communication, deliver strong results.

Pros: We previously used our website provider Dealer.com for SEM marketing and we had 1 to 1 OEM marketing funds to use towards that endeavor and we were so impressed with Dynamic Web Solutions that we decided to forego the benefit of 1 to 1 OEM marketing funds and hire a firm that could actually produce trackable results and constantly manages and evolves with shifts in trends etc... We desired to spend money that produced a return rather than simply use "free" factory money and blow it on a vendor that produced mediocre results.
Cons: Only con is that they're not on Chrysler Digital's preferred Vendor list. But this is also the reason they provide great service and are attentive to their clients needs. Chrysler has created a pipeline of business for their preferred digital vendors that has allowed those vendors to get "fat and happy" and stop servicing their clients in an appropriate manner. When we told Dealer.com we were leaving them they responded by reminding us "that you realize you'll lose the Digital PAP dollars if you don't use a preferred vendor!" Further validating my theory and point. No argument that we provide you with a great service and experience and you need to stay with us, but rather you should stay b/c Chrysler gives you free money to stay with us! Free money or not, I want results, not mediocrity.
Pros: We are early in our relationship with Dynamic Web Solutions; however, I can honestly say it has been promises to be a very positive one. DWS operates in a very efficient & trasnparent manner.
