Pros: Great product and service. Everyone I dealt with was very nice.
Cons: When I informed them I had another business opportunity I was pursuing and no longer would be selling cars with financing they told me I "MUST" pay and use one more month because I am required to know when I am leaving 30 days ahead of time. Call it a service or termination fee and I probably woulda walked away quietly. But telling me I must retain a service on a site I'm shutting down is a bit overbearing. Dealertrack just launched a similar product, try them instead.
Pros: Love the individual salesmen credit apps
Pros: Very fast and easy to use. Never had any problems with the functionality.
Cons: The only problems come not from the product but from the customers putting in incorrect information.
Pros: Every thing seems to work whenever we need it. Integrated into our dealership website. Staff is great and easy to do business with.
Pros: Pulls a soft credit hit instead of a hard one. This allows the ability to better strategize with the customer.
Cons: Occasionally soft hit will not work, so still have to do a hard hit.
Pros: One of the best options is for text notification of new applications. With our high volume of applications we receive each month this is a great way to be notified.
Pros: Ease of use. We have all of their information up front so we can talk with them. Frequent updates.
Pros: It's one of our best sources of leads. Many customers are filling out the forms.
Cons: Wish the whole application was on one page and not multiple pages. This means you only get partial information.
Pros: Very good leads and they pop up in the CRM. Great integration. Clients answer and we can help them with their concerns. Very easy to work with.
Pros: It performs very well for the cost of it; it's pretty affordable. Friendly reps and staff.
Cons: It depends on us if the leads are good or not. I would like a format which integrates with DealerSocket. The current process of getting a person's credit application is labor intensive. It would also be helpful if they could provide the name of the salesperson on the credit application.
