I am a Doctor of Philosophy, with a specialty in Research & Development, and trust me when I say "we have evolved" and in order for our industry to keep up with the Jones, we must turn to the internet, push 100% digital, social media, ecommerce and do what we do best, sell cars!!

Currently we as consumers do our banking online, (Us Included) we order food on our phones, we send cash through an app and we order a car without leaving our homes or offices!! We do everything from transferring funds, paying bills and managing our money, safely. Well think on this Mr & Mrs Dealer Principal, consumers want the freedom to shop, research, make an offer, and purchase their vehicles online. If you are not marketing, responding and engaging to those buyers, Right Where They Are. You are missing a HUGE BOAT!! You Are Loosing money and paying too much for advertising that DOES NOT produce a residual flow of Right-Now Buyers to Your Brand, Your Product or Your Services. It has been 24 years for me, and in those 24 years I have been given the answer to your Right Now problems, your right-now struggles and the answer for you to produce more for less with what you already have!!!!! We are dinosaurs in the digital world, We have not connected with the rest of the Social Media Influencers... our buyers are we are no longer brand loyal, nor connected to anyone neighborhood dealership or influenced by their favorite community sales professional, Why?

Our industry is just a huge virtual community with GREAT pictures, we need more, and our buyers demand more. Companies like N.A.D.A., are reporting that Car Dealers spend up the Hundreds Of Millions of dollars ever year on traditional advertising, yet we are getting the same results. As a someone once said, "when you keep doing the same thing, but expect different results, that is a sign of insanity"!

I am not calling you crazy Mr & Mrs dealer, but what you are doing is a sign of insanity, and I want you to GET WELL SOON. We need to start putting our ad dollars into a system that works and is continuous regardless of the circumstance and the situations. The Right-Buyer should be able to walk through your dealership, meet your team, see what you offer, talk to team members without stepping one foot on your lot. I don't want you to worry, your are not going to lose business, it has always been, and will always be a numbers game. The one with the most numbers in the end, will still always win!
