I have been in the car business since 1989... Started on the retail side 10 years in F&I and then the last 18 on the marketing and performance management side. I enjoy everything about this business even have put on a car show in Daytona Beach for the last 4 years to raise money for various charities. Our company works with the management team within single point dealerships and large dealer groups using technology and strategic business insight to train, coaching and measure call management.
