I am the Call Training Director at Wired LLC and the creator of our Call Training University. I have personally trained thousands of people how to effectively handle phone calls. Call training is my passion, and I love to see those I train succeed. While I lost count of exactly how many calls I have coached over the last 5 1/2 years, it is well over 20,000. I have heard some pretty interesting calls! I have trained folks in a variety of industries, and have successfully written numerous custom scripts.
