I am the creator of numerous word-tracks and training processes. I have personally trained thousands of people how to effectively handle phone calls. Call training is my passion, and I love to see those I train succeed. While I lost count of exactly how many calls I have coached over the last 5 1/2 years, it is well over 20,000. I have heard some pretty interesting calls! I have trained folks in a variety of industries, and have successfully written numerous custom scripts. My mission is to see you and your team succeed, no matter what industry you are in and no matter what your goal may be.
