Over the course of a decade I have personally trained thousands of people how to effectively handle phone calls. My experience allows me to easily identify and correct sales call mistakes that can cost dealerships customers. As the owner of C&M Coaching, I created a customized call training program that produces results, complete with easy to follow word tracks. Training is my passion and my goal is to help those I work with perfect their phone skills and succeed.
