Pros: Easily Log, Track, and Followup with your customers. The UI is very intuitive and it makes Followup very simple. The support is fantastic as well. Momentum flew out Ariel, a veteran employee fly out to us (In hawaii) to introduce and train us on a whole new feature using our mobile devices. CRM with APP Support? No Brainer.
Cons: None to speak of. Great software from a Company that treats you like Family.
Cons: Too complicated to use, just not user friendly.
Pros: Nice customer activity insights.
Cons: Reporting inconsistencies; lacks much of the analytical components of competitors; not very sophisticated.
Pros: Best CRM ever utilized! Great support team - easy reporting and easy to use.
Cons: small glitches when using via Chrome, but otherwise optimal.
Pros: Organizes all data efficiently and effectively. Helps me reach clients; alerts make sure I never leave a customer hanging. Caesar and Peter always have my back!
Pros: Ease of use, support, technology and advancement. A true total CRM
Pros: I have used a few different CRM's but I have never had one that is so easy to learn, use & teach. The support team is always there for me even for my dumb questions.
Cons: Some of the java scripts slow down the reporting, but I am being told that it being replaced soon~
