Cons: Not user friendly. Operates with 1998 windows technology. Difficult to complete any activity. Unable to complete tasks on the app, including editing emails. Nothing is uniform through the system. Does not import from prior crm in its entirety, probably only imports about 4% of what actually needs to be imported. No dealer support, 800 just blames all other vendors for any problems encountered or tells you it is not happening when it is clear as day it is. Has left me with true migraines trying to figure out how to do simple tasks. If thinking of using this system, you're better off ordering more paper and binders and writing in those. Probably would be more effective. Despite all 7 reviews on yelp with 5 star reviews, it should be rated with -12 stars.

Pros: 1. The ease of use. The system is based on intuitive thinking; you don’t have to be very computer literate to be able to navigate through it effectively. 2. It is relevant to the automotive business as it is today. Many of the other CRM’s give you a lot of fluff reporting that doesn’t relate to what we really need, while at the same time the things we need reports for are difficult to retrieve and interpret. The custom reports enable us to see the necessary information together in the format we are looking for. 3. Momentum pulls all aspects of customer interaction (including email marketing) together, whether it’s walk-in, phone or internet or a combination of these. 4. There are continuous enhancements and customization is also available, both of which come from dealer input and feed back.
