Pros: Pro Response has been one of many CRM's that I have worked with. I have enjoyed working with Pro Response, I have had only great experiences and I have to name drop Stephanie, she has been nothing but awesome to work with!
Cons: The only thing I would say could be updated...maybe having a "to do list " for daily tasks.
Pros: The letter sending tool is great! It makes it easy for me to physically send business cards and birthday cards to customers without leaving a big to do list. It is really user friendly and if used will make your sales go up!
