Pros: Easy to use and customer friendly! Always builds value on our end without ever showing our vehicles are overpriced by only comparing your vehicles to higher priced ones in the area. Takes reconditioning into account and really builds up the value and quality of the vehicle, which justifies price in the mind of the consumer. Clean graphics and layout. The report itself is very aesthetically pleasing and professional. Very pleased with this product and the feedback we get from it!
Cons: Wish our salespeople used it more often in the sales process on the floor!

Pros: We started out the VIP Tool at our Audi Store in an attempt to build our inventory value with our online customers. We quickly realized that in addition to the online aspect we were able to build the vehicle value with our showroom customers as well. It is a great way to counter many of the negotiating strategies when it comes to our vehicle pricing structure. Since it has worked so well we added it to our 3 our brands as well.

Pros: It has been a great tool for us the last few years to price preowned vehicles and also has been a big help to justify our preowned vehicles.
Pros: PureCars provides great information on cars. People can get estimated call for trade in value in 30 seconds. The warranty info is great, so is their texting program, which makes it very modern; customers respond to texting faster. You can also directly send carfax to customer.
Cons: Nothing Really
Pros: It's like having a second VDP on the web for the car. Includes everything the customer would need to know about the car including link to the VHR, lists our recon info,and market pricing comparison. I feel the strongest feature is the "text to mobile CTA. If a customer is leaving or is giving you the objection that someone else needs to see the car, you simply text the value report to their phone. It is mobile optimized and puts a "be-back" card on their phone.
