Pros: PureCars provides great information on cars. People can get estimated call for trade in value in 30 seconds. The warranty info is great, so is their texting program, which makes it very modern; customers respond to texting faster. You can also directly send carfax to customer.

Pros: It's like having a second VDP on the web for the car. Includes everything the customer would need to know about the car including link to the VHR, lists our recon info,and market pricing comparison. I feel the strongest feature is the "text to mobile CTA. If a customer is leaving or is giving you the objection that someone else needs to see the car, you simply text the value report to their phone. It is mobile optimized and puts a "be-back" card on their phone.

Pros: Huge time saver for our used car managers not having to write comments. Pulls the service history from the repair order and builds comments around them. A frequent question from used car buyers is "what kind of shape is it in?" The Smart Comments feature tells them if it 1 owner, and everything that we did to the car during the recon process, for example 4 new tires, new brakes, new filters etc. Really helps to build value in the car for the customer.

Pros: Great product!!

Cons: The intergration with websited makes for a little bit of extra un-used space in displaying the highlights on vehicles. To be fair to purecars it was only 50% their issue and the rest was our web provider

Pros: Provides another easy tool for consumer shoppers directly on our website.

Cons: As a consumer myself, I don't think I would click on this much, and I would be skeptical when I did... That is just me personally.

Pros: Fills in the comments so I don't have to spend hours and hours every week doing this. You can prioritize which comments are the most important in the back end so that the most important comments appear first.

Cons: Sometimes it will miss the trim level or miss if the vehicle has DVD or Navi. No new car product yet. But I hear there is one in the works!
