Pros: Great for inventory and merging info with website.
Cons:
Pros: I like it. Super easy and was quick for me to pick up
Cons:
Pros: One of the best. Easy to navigate and having everything together in one place across departments is fantastic.
Cons:
Pros: Customer support is decent, usually very responsive. This program is useful for reporting inventory.
Cons: It can be hard to edit.
Pros: I love the compatibility they have, they are easy to navigate, the customer service is good.
Cons:
Pros: It's a great product that helps us a lot.
Cons:
Pros: Quorum's team is always looking enhance their product. Changes are never quick to arrive, but when they do it usually makes work a little easier for the user. Their call staff and support team have always been friendly, attentive and helpful. We've been with them for 11 years and our partnership has been a good one.
Cons: Quorum is very methodical with the development of Xsellerator. The pace of the growth/development has been frustrating at times. Changes/fixes to issues with the Xsellerator DMS platform never happen overnight.
Pros: Service oriented. Streamlines every aspect of our business!
Cons:
Pros: The price for Quorum is outstanding. We really shopped around... the DMS is one of the most important pieces to the dealership puzzle... and Quorum was the best combination of features per cost for us. Also... the customer service with Quorum is top-notch. The employees there care about us, and about their product... our previous DMS (Reynolds) couldn't be bothered with us, yet Quorum will periodically call us just to make sure things are going ok. Making the move to Quorum from Reynolds was seamless, and the transition went much easier than expected.. I had heard that switching DMS was like an organized train wreck. Reynolds is a horrible company to work with, they overcharge, and they won't let you discontinue them without a fight... I would never recommend them to anyone, but Quorum was definitely a good direction to go for our business.
Cons: I wish more businesses in our industry used Quorum so that other providers... the websites, the lead suppliers, etc... would be easier to integrate. We haven't been unable to do anything, but it sometimes takes an extra step.
Pros: I've been using Quorum for the past 10 years and believe it's the best option available. As part of an Auto Group I've had a chance to use most other DMS systems. XSellerator was built on a windows platform and doesn't have the same trailing legacy issues. Other DMS (won't mention their names) have tried to pretty up their UNIX based system with limited success. Quorum has top support, with most issues being resolved before the call ends.
Cons: No system is perfect or ever will be. Quorum continues to add features and updates which are all included in the monthly fee. No surpirse $30K upgrade bills.
