Pros: Mailer looks good and appears like it comes straight from the manufacturer. Pricing isn't bad.

Cons: We did not get anywhere near the ROI that the company advertised. We asked them to target a very specific set of people that had never purchased from our store before. The only people we heard from that got the mailer were people that had purchased from our store and were employees or close friends/family of employees. They also don't send leads to the CRM in proper ADF/XML format which was a big selling point for us. With over 4,000 mail pieces, we didn't sell any vehicles from it and now that we want our money back, the company won't contact us back at all.
