Can You Believe What Some Sales People Say?

Can you believe what you hear out there? As a professional I tend to pay close attention to what sales people say to me, and to their customers. It's truly amazing how many things you will hear some sales people say that make you go hmmmm. But when you've heard the same complaint a million times some sales people just get goofy.

Since we are in the car business and we can always use a good laugh, enjoy this foolish video!

This made my morning!! Will definitely use in my training this morning! No matter how many times we discuss what *not* to say there are those few that make you cringe. Making the CarMax commercials seems true, haha! Nice video man!!
