Pros: Relatively inexpensive
Cons: Last year I found out that ALL Our emails through Selly went to customer spam instead of inbox.Selly acknowledged that ALL their dealers was affected.This is the end of Zach Klempf email to me "here's what happened: 1. You let us know that emails were going into the Spam folder of your customers. 2. We looked into the problem and realized that since email deliverability is such a complex challenge to solve, we decided to integrate our email sending services with Send In Blue in order to have better email deliverability 3. We changed your account to utilize our new integrated system using Send In Blue, and emails stopped going into the Spam folder, thereby solving the issue" I recently found out that ALL OUR EMAILS went to spam again for 10 month.Mr.Klempf said that it wasn't cost effective to use "Send In Blue" for regular emailing purposes and charge dealers low rates. They cost us over $100k in lost sales and did not tell us that they reneged the commitment they made a year ago.
Pros: I really like the way leads populate automatically from our lead providers. The best part was the customer service we got from Mario and Jermisha at Selly. Amazing support from them!!!!

Pros: Simple, easy to use, and very competitively priced. We've been with the company since their inception. We see continuous improvement on the product. The recently integrated with Frazer DMS. Now all of our sold feed is can seamlessly be sent to selly to track sales and leads. I would recommend this CRM to any dealer that is looking for a basic reliable CRM that has tasking, and email ability.
Cons: Customization is limited. So if you want something super fancy customized to your dealership it probably won't happen overnight.

Pros: Easy to use, not a lot of unnecessary buttons, gizmos and icons like the other CRM's out there. Easy to organize data, leads and email customers with the photos of the vehicle. Also texting platform is a plus. Follow up and support from staff is first rate, they call to check in and ask for input.
