Pros: Does the job.
Cons: Very basic, does not give you enough tools or control. Reporting is weak.

Cons: Very short on modern capabilities such as texting, deep reporting and analytics, which any decent BDC Manager lives and dies by. Reporting is a joke and not even approaching robust. Creating follow-up schedules is also a serious flaw in this product and creating accountability is just as horrid. The excuse that the infantile design and interface was meant to be user friendly is laughable and you would best be served by looking at the myriad of superior and technologically savvy CRM's out there as the low price for this product does not justify its many shortcomings.

Cons: The product is super outdated and there are plenty of features that are way out of date. Their email client may as well be USPS its so outdated. It uses pictures and lots of graphics to make it easy to use.
Pros: The salespeople all wear suits.
Cons: This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in the automotive industry. They had us on a ridiculous contract they sold to Bank of America and totally f****d us. Their product is total crap and they know it. They turn over salespeople like it's their job. Their product is still on a server-base, and doesn't even work. Once they sell your contract, they don't give you any customer service. When it was created in 1999, it was decent, but they never made any changes, and kept selling those contracts and making more money. Bottom line, worst CRM tool on the market.
Pros: If you love Window 95, this is the program for you.
Cons: I've intensely worked with this product for over 6 years, and have never been happy with it. The minimal changes they did make for the Canadian Market were too little too late. Furthermore we can't upgrade to the new web based version, as they don't have access to Canadian Chrome Data (and don't have an ETA of when they will). Waiting over a year for this one element alone.
Pros: I like the call screen for the sales people
Cons: very kindergartenish layout, iffy support staff, lacking latest CRM tools that are necessary to stay on top of the sales game
Pros: Great tech support. Quick service. They just did an upgrade with alot of new features. Easy to use. Great reports.
Cons: Would be nice to be internet based.

Cons: Newest version leaves stubs in windows memory that slow down computer.
