Pros: I have used this CRM for about 15 years, it is VERY user friendly and allows a lot of freedom. I love the layout and overall design of this program.

Pros: The layout of this CRM is not too bad, it did the basics pretty well.
Cons: The huge issue that I had with this CRM is that it was server based, rather than web based. This made it very difficult to operate in a digital world, was not useful for us with our customers.
Pros: This is a very good CRM, I really like that it helped manage my leads for me.
Cons: The biggest issue I had was not with functionality, rather it was with the esthetics. This program was not 'pretty', not a big deal for some but I did not like looking at it.
Pros: This product is incredibly easy to use! Also has a lot of great features, great for follow-up.

Cons: Very short on modern capabilities such as texting, deep reporting and analytics, which any decent BDC Manager lives and dies by. Reporting is a joke and not even approaching robust. Creating follow-up schedules is also a serious flaw in this product and creating accountability is just as horrid. The excuse that the infantile design and interface was meant to be user friendly is laughable and you would best be served by looking at the myriad of superior and technologically savvy CRM's out there as the low price for this product does not justify its many shortcomings.
