Pros: I am beyond satisfied with the training and customer service of Maggie and the Wired team. I am a newer BDC Manager and needed a little guidance on handling incoming phone calls/internet leads and objections. Before choosing Wired I had talked to a couple other companies who were seen as the more "mainstream" phone trainers. After a while, I noticed they were all giving me the same old content as everyone else. After one phone call with Maggie, I knew I picked the right company to guide me and set me apart!
