Pros: The team at Activengage is great, always very professional. They ask the right questions, in a way to get as much information as possible to the customer and to our department. I rely immensely on ActicEngage to focus on website Chat with our customers because I simply do not have the time during the day. I give them alot of credit and could not be more thankful for all of their help. They are also calling in to check on their chats, welcoming feedback and r eminding us of holidays to make sure our business hours are up to date!! Thanks!!

Cons: No cons!! I highly recommend if you are not already using ActivEngage, to start!!

Pros: The account manager keeps us posted with monthly reports and periodically checks in. He also reminds me when we have holidays coming up so I can update the hours, since the chat service runs sometimes when we do not! The chatters are all great, very professional. I was skeptical at first because our company is very hands on with our customers, but after using this service, it definitely helps us generate great leads while letting them handle chats that do not result in leads- leaving my BDC team to handle real customers! I recommend them highly. In fact I did so to our marketing director and she was able to sign up our sister store as well.

Cons: Cons: None that I can see in my book. Whenever we do have any issues with something that a chatter says, or we want to make adjustments to anything, Our rep is great about getting it done for us.

We do not use the managed chat, but we really enjoy the software

Pros: We are able to communicate with our customers real time on our site. Being able to do it in house is a real benefit to us.

Cons: The portal needs to be refreshed a lot in the browser, but not a huge deal.

Pros: ActivEngage has been a tremendous partner in our lead generation and data capture efforts. My Success Specialists are great at keeping in touch and making sure that my information is up-to-date and their chatters are all providing the best service possible to our customers and to us. They are an integral part of our BDC.

Cons: None--they're one of my only vendors that don't require constant calls or emails to support. This is a turn-key vendor that will help you dive deeper and capture more from your website visitors.

Pros: Fredric Susman with ActivEngage has been so great to work with. He is always on top of our monthly calls to give us our reviews, he loves to hear how many leads turn into sales so he can send positive feedback to his employees. Whenever I have a request or questions he is always quick to respond and make sure our request is taken care of or our questions are answered. The chat leads we get always look great with helpful wording to customers. I really like this company and would recommend them to any dealership who needs some extra leads every month for sales AND service.

Cons: NONE
