Pros: I like the live chat functionality.

Cons: I feel the chat tool automatically follows up with customers too frequently and sends that info to me as a lead ready to come in and set an appointment. I feel it frustrates the customer when at the time they are just researching info.

Pros: The chat reps are great at carrying on a conversation with a prospect other than saying "Let me get your name and number." Everyone, such as the support specialist, provides amazing customer service and they are so proactive at communicating with us at the dealership to make sure we are satisfied. They communicate any type of information we need to share to our customers. If I have an issue they get it corrected immediately.

Pros: ActivEngage leads provide customers that are qualified, have chated with a very well trainned person that is very effective in what they do!. We have the best closing ratio from ActivEngage leads than aqny other lead vendor.

Pros: This product is a great tool for any dealership that doesnt have a set employee in the store to answer all of the chats! They are very good at their job and we are very happy with how they work and communicate with our store!

Cons: Just like every company there are a few flaws such as product knowledge and pricing! But everytime we see an obsticale we can reach out to the tea at activengage and get everything handled!

Pros: ActivEngage is really great at finding out information from the client without pushing them away. They are quick with providing some minor answers and confirming vehicles of interest and special offers, found on the website. Its makes for a smooth transition from us to the client when we are prepared with information at first contact
