Pros: They will really get you dialed in with your BDC/Internet Department. Your culture will change from processing leads to actually working them. The level of accountability in your organization will most definitely be raised.
Cons: If I could change a few things it would be a better process for clients who did not provide a phone number, as well as little more simple/structured follow up process. Overall a great training company that I would recommend.
Pros: Their process provides an excellent structure for BDC departments. They give daily report cards that help the dealer see where they need improvement and why.
Cons: Their product was great but a little too expensive for us.
Pros: they create a system that does not improve sales. the system they create not only takes the joy out of sales, but the importance of the sales process. it is not precise nor is it feasable. slows down the process by creating sub-systems that interupt not only sales, but the management. the system they create lacks communication and clarification.
Cons: Jose (Representative) gives you a paper training packet in black and white. goes over a powerpoint presentation and makes you sign a paper forcing you to understand the product.
