Pros: Great product - could use work.
Cons: I have seen a few issues. A lot of the times I check the calls and you wont see them - but they show up three days later. Doesn't pick up the calls right away. We check them every day. if someone calls in you don't see the the call until the next day. I think it should be more updated or why are we using it in the first place.
Pros: I have a great rep that keeps me up to date, trains, and follows up with my people. Reporting is great.
Cons: Its more difficult to learn than some of the others.

Pros: They keep tracl of the phone calls. I am only one person and I can't go over everything. They are a second set of eyes.
Pros: They do exactly what we need them to do. We have never had a huge issue with them. We get updated reports monthly.
Cons: the transcripts aren't perfect, but if we need one fixed they quickly address it.
Pros: They are responsive and we get a lot of information from the alerts. Our customer service rep is Greg and he is great and responsive.
Cons: There are restrictions you have to work around. Sometimes when we get calls that come in they are transcribed differently and they will be wrong.
Pros: Support is great. Easy to learn. We record the sales phone calls and they come through well.
