Pros: Basic CRM tool doesn't have many options.
Cons: Takes too many steps to acquire information.
Pros: Its the only CRM I have used, but it works well as far as I know. It does what we need it to do

Pros: Like this a lot. We have used them for two years now and it is my favorite CRM. Navigation is easy and the whole CRM is very user friendly.

Cons: Need to be able to manipulate fields so they don't over lap. When a reps name comes up, everything is thrown off kilter
Pros: We don't use the desktop version, but the mobile app. It is easy to work and they run updates from time to time to change things up
