Pros: It has everything that it's competitors offer but with the best customer service. There isn't really anything this product cannot do that others can, and it is very neatly integrated into our Dealer.com website. George Windsor at CarNow has been a huge help in getting our Dealer.com API synced with CarNow, no easy task for any vendor. Ann LaMartina is honestly one of the best Account Managers I've worked with, and has been instrumental in teaching our team how to maximize profits and value for the BuyNow platform.
Cons: Mobile API had some hiccups with the updated Dealer.com API but was quickly resolved by George, Anna, and team.
Pros: Anna L. and George W. did an amazing job helping our team get up and going with BuyNow. I can't wait to see how this helps our customer in their purchasing process.

Pros: The tool is very easy for guests to use. Walks them through step by step, allows them to skip steps along the way and even live chat to ask questions. The training and support for the tool from reps like Heather B is second to none.

Pros: What I love about BuyNow is the ability for them to use on-site iFrames to give consumers an experience that is much like a microsite experience. I especially love the credit process, both the soft pull and the ability to provide real lender approvals to the customer. Shelby Moss is our performance manager and is quick to respond to any needs or updates we need as well!
Cons: An opportunity (though this is industry wide) is directly integrating to the DMS like any menu software would (although I have been told this is coming).
