Pros: Karen our success manager is always on our calls to help answer any questions we have. We have been with them for awhile and are starting to really utilize our success manager. We just had a call with them and we loved learning what we can really do with this product. After the call, another manager and I got on the phone and talked about how cool the product is and how great it can be when we implement what we learned today.
