Pros: We’ve been using CarNow for 6 weeks, and I am absolutely loving it. I really don’t know where to start on this. When somebody is on my website of my Facebook site and they want to chat, they get immediate interaction, and I can see all of it. It pushes right into my CRM, and it’s seamless for our Sales People and our Managers. But that’s not the best part. CarNow notifies us live when they are interacting with our customer, and we can jump in at anytime. There are preset responses which allow for quick interactions. The responses are intelligent and well thought out. The best part is that between the CarNow staff responses and the preset responses, it’s teaching my sales staff how to better interact with customers both online and in person! We are actually using it as a training tool! On top of all this, when there aren’t any of my staff to respond to the customer, CarNow does a great job of capturing the customers information. Ainsley Manesh is our local CarNow Support Rep!
Cons: Nothing! There is one thing that I have noted since using CarNow. I personally engage with a lot of customers, especially when they aren’t available. Today I jumped in on a chat and had the customer leave work and show up in the showroom within an hour of him starting the chat. I was able to build urgency on the premium used vehicle he was interested in, and build enough value, that he dropped what he was doing to come in. I love CarNow!
Pros: CarNow is very user friendly. Able to engage with customers easily while using different tool. Ainsley Manesh, our local rep was awesome and easy to understand while training and provided great industry examples to relate too.
Pros: i love the product and the customer service to the client is second to none! Jason Eyraud and Danny Ibrahim treat us like superstars, I wish other vendors could be trained by these guys!
Pros: Great Support Team. Our Regional Performance Manager, Ainsley Manesh and Sales Rep, Karen Pryor are very transparent with integrations and what is and isn't possible, as well readily available to answer any questions. They are amazing. The communication has been the main difference with CarNow compared to our previous vendors.
Cons: Cons- Didn't sign up sooner!
Pros: I love how our closing ratio is in the double digits! The chat tool is easy to use! Our local rep is Ainsley Manesh.
Pros: The MessageNow is great and has been doing really well. What I really love is the exceptional service we get from Rich Defusco, any time I have a question or need something fixed, he is ALWAYS on top. I would recommend the product and Rich Defusco to anyone.
Cons: None at this time.
Pros: I have used other chat platforms with live chat and MessageNow is more personable. They links library that my regional performance manager showed me, Ainsley Manesh, has been very helpful. I haven't been able to do this with other products
