Pros: Just started at LHM 104th in January and was trained on the CarNow chat in Feb - Sold 6 vehicles using this platform to get customer into the dealership. Platform made my sales easier for just starting a new dealership. Love the product!
Pros: -communication quickly when customers cannot be on the phone -using different languages -having Megan W readily available to answer questions regarding chat usage -preset messaging library is helpful when engaging a customer
Pros: It's a breeze to work with the team, they help us touch customers through chats when we are too busy to get in touch with them, then gives them over to us when they can no longer talk to us. Anytime I have something I need changed or training for a new hire Megan Waldron is always here quick to the draw to get things answered or set up for us. I would recommend any dealership to jump into this as it saves a customer for you!
