Pros: The best chat service out there. Nothing else is like it. Someone will actually come out to the store to help us if we have problems. We give their chat people information that they can use to help further the sales process and they are great about getting the customer to contact us.
Cons: Nothing I can think of.

Pros: MessageNow has definitely played a huge impact on opportunities. I enjoy having the option to just reply to to a customer with the access of a text prompting me. These alerts are excellent and keeps me connected with the customer.
