Pros: The benefit of being able to assist customers from all areas. I also want to add that Mr. Blake Miranda's practical application was exceptional! His approach and introduction was second to none and I personally know that CarNow has assisted me in my overall production at the dealership.
Cons: The only con with the service as a whole are 2. One would be from the potential customer and trying to obtain their information. Last is the amount of time it take when receiving said information and the lead being pushed to our internal DealerSocket. Management has to get involved with customer assignments to the appropriate Sales Consultant who responded to the chat.
