Pros: This works on any mobile device. Notifies us expediently and efficiently. Easy to use, is not intrusive for our guests. Great marketing tool!
Cons: The only glitch is that on a mobil phone, when trying to push the chat button, it will move on the screen which is annoying.

Pros: The product helps get responses from our customers and helps turn inquiries into sales. Our rep, Katherine Carey, has been absolutely terrific and very helpful for any minor issues we come across or for any questions we may have. I love working with Katherine and the entire Conversica team. Support has been wonderful and I love working with them because things get dealt with and resolved pretty quickly.
Cons: Sometimes the same email gets sent out twice to the customer same day if there are duplicate emails in the system, but that's an easy fix on our end.
