Pros: We use Conversica for both sales and service. We track all of the contacts and both our sales and service departments are in the positive for the year. Lexi Kilgannon our customer success manager is in constant touch with us offering suggestions to up our game and our quarterly reviews. we consider Lexi a partner in our business instead of a vendor. Like anything conversica is only as good as what you put into it.
Pros: Conversica has added great value to our organization. The assistant allows our sales agents to stay engaged with customers that might have not responded to our attempts to contact them. The assistant has been able to re-engage customers who have stopped communicating with us. In the last 90 days we can attribute over 100 sales that the assistant has helped close. Also the team at conversica are very easy to work with. Lexi is my direct contact and she has been nothing but helpful with whatever we need.
Pros: Brittany at Conversica has been great in assisting us with training, new ideas, and questions we have. She always replies quickly and gives us detailed information without bogging us down with stuff that doesn't pertain to us. She is great at offering suggestions and helping guide you to get the most out of the system.
