Cons: Check your ego at the door. Your assistant will get in touch with more people than you can :)
Pros: My assistant helps me to pull the correct information that I may otherwise not get.
Pros: The product helps get responses from our customers and helps turn inquiries into sales. Our rep, Katherine Carey, has been absolutely terrific and very helpful for any minor issues we come across or for any questions we may have. I love working with Katherine and the entire Conversica team. Support has been wonderful and I love working with them because things get dealt with and resolved pretty quickly.
Cons: Sometimes the same email gets sent out twice to the customer same day if there are duplicate emails in the system, but that's an easy fix on our end.

Pros: The team at Conversica is awesome. 4 reps in 3 years is usually not a good thing, but not with Conversica. From Peter, to Kiersten, to Tina, and now to Cameron, this team rocks!!!
Pros: Easy reporting tool. Gets into email inboxes much faster and professional emails all the time vs. our sales people and bdc that have typos.
Cons: Working out of the Conversica software and CRM is confusing to tell responses. We are working to integrate better without copying and pasting notes.
