Pros: Allows your reps to stay on top of every lead. You can easily shift gears and focus on certain ad/lead sources that may be failing due to lack of proper follow up. This product can only help improve any sales rep or BDR's performance. Don't miss any opportunities you get through the portal. These offer a great opportunity for additional gross for the stores.
Cons: Sometimes the alerts come through at all hours of the night... but that just means there is money waiting for me when I get to the store.
Pros: Conversica is a wonderful vendor to work with and their product is top notch. The engagement we get from our customers is absolutely amazing. Lexi is a wonderful Success Manager and keeps an open line of communication and always very quick to get back to any questions we have.

Pros: While we have only been with conversica for 8 months, we are seeing great engagement percentages. The attention and customer service we receive from our account manager Lexi Kilgannon has been amazing as well as Emily and Andy with the onboarding team. They are always ready and willing to assist with changes we want to make or offer recommendations when necessary. This has been a great experience thus far and I have recommended Conversica in my Internet 20 Group.
Pros: Conversica is great for reaching out and connect with leads that may not be so eager to make contact. It's apparent that it can get through more firewalls than most programs of this stature!
Cons: Conversica is persistent, so make sure to set your parameters closely! Otherwise, you can provide too much follow up.
Pros: It keeps you informed as to customer satisfaction of communication. Conversica is very easy to use. This program allows me to stay in touch with customers and find out other ways to bring them into the dealership and provide them with the information they need.

Pros: Our Conversica assistant truly assists our lead process at Crest. She has a casual style which engages customers and she has livened up our internet lead dynamics. We've really enjoyed having her on our team - sounds like a funny thing to say about AI, but it's true.
Cons: For the sake of offering a point of improvement, many of our vehicles are named with letters: Lincoln MKZ and Lincoln MKC, for example. Our Conversica Assistant doesn't capitalize them so they read Mkz, Mkc. I've submitted a request for this change to be made and it isn't possible. In terms of consistency in the branding of our Lincolns, I don't love that the capitalizations are not the same across all mediums, but it doesn't seem to stop folks from writing to her and offering her their contact information so we certainly don't lose sleep over that! Thank you, Conversica.

Pros: Conversica allows my dealership to use AI to stay in constant email communication with my automotive service customers through a personalized assistant. Using a service BDC/AI hybrid, we are able to reach our customers at the right moments increasing both CSI and retention. Conversica has excellent support for new customers and is constantly working to improve both the AI conversations and the dealership user experience.
Pros: personalized, patient, flexible. She helped me understand additional value in the product and keep me moving along in my next actions for my company.
Pros: Conversica's email can get through most spam filters and because of this gets contact via email more than we do, we can respond as the assistant if need be so we don't confuse our customer with multiple contacts, Conversica is sometimes the first to reach out to our overnight leads, the main interface is super easy to use, and Conversica's staff is always super friendly and ready to help with any issue you come across in a timely manner.
Cons: Sometimes people ask for our Conversica Rep when they call in or come into our store, but we know how to work through that; We usually say that Carly went out to lunch. Otherwise, in the two years I've worked with this program, I don't have any complaints.
