Pros: Using multiple *people* and servers to cause engagement is the best approach to improving your chances to audition for customers shopping for a dealer. The system is efficient and does exactly what we wanted and expected. I can't wait to see what the 90 day ROI looks like.
Pros: Conversica's assistant undoubtedly helps us increase leads to appointments and sales. The company itself also delivers excellent customer service, analytics and are constantly enhancing their product.
Cons: The only con is the Assistants are so real, customers come into the store wanting to meet with them! :)
Pros: First off I would like to say that most products are as good as their people representing them. Nina Jurczynski has been amazing to work with. She is readily available whenever I need her and answers my questions quickly. She has helped tremendously with my understanding of the product. Conversica will do the menial work that can be discouraging to humans. It still amazes me how the customer truly believes that this is a live person. It also seems to get responses from the customer even when our emails are getting ignored. All in all I would definitely recommend this product and see it as a necessary staple in all dealerships. .
Pros: The use of multiple servers makes certain that we can reach the customer. Our CRM emails were NOT going through and our assistant was able to get through almost every time. The was the product can be customized as aggressive as you want it to be is a plus. We determine how much or how little the customer is contacted. This isn't just for BDC's either. Our sales department is now using the service to follow the sales customers due to walk in traffic and the first week we had it, "Rori" found a sale for us that a sales person had NOT been following up with. We average 9 sales per month that Rori is able to 100% save for us due to our CRM emails going to spam.
Cons: Emails can be a little repetitive, but I would rather that happen because we can track when a person is getting online and reading their emails.
Pros: The virtual assistant allows our service writers to concentrate on the guest rather than being on the phone. We have closed over 330 ro's from our assistant in the last quarter. Our rep Lexi Kilgannon is always there for us and is constantly giving feedback and ways that we can improve!
Pros: Allows your reps to stay on top of every lead. You can easily shift gears and focus on certain ad/lead sources that may be failing due to lack of proper follow up. This product can only help improve any sales rep or BDR's performance. Don't miss any opportunities you get through the portal. These offer a great opportunity for additional gross for the stores.
Cons: Sometimes the alerts come through at all hours of the night... but that just means there is money waiting for me when I get to the store.
Pros: Conversica is a wonderful vendor to work with and their product is top notch. The engagement we get from our customers is absolutely amazing. Lexi is a wonderful Success Manager and keeps an open line of communication and always very quick to get back to any questions we have.

Pros: While we have only been with conversica for 8 months, we are seeing great engagement percentages. The attention and customer service we receive from our account manager Lexi Kilgannon has been amazing as well as Emily and Andy with the onboarding team. They are always ready and willing to assist with changes we want to make or offer recommendations when necessary. This has been a great experience thus far and I have recommended Conversica in my Internet 20 Group.
