Pros: Conversica's email can get through most spam filters and because of this gets contact via email more than we do, we can respond as the assistant if need be so we don't confuse our customer with multiple contacts, Conversica is sometimes the first to reach out to our overnight leads, the main interface is super easy to use, and Conversica's staff is always super friendly and ready to help with any issue you come across in a timely manner.
Cons: Sometimes people ask for our Conversica Rep when they call in or come into our store, but we know how to work through that; We usually say that Carly went out to lunch. Otherwise, in the two years I've worked with this program, I don't have any complaints.
Pros: Provides a nice assistant to connect with customers.
Pros: Easy to user, good manager tools, my account specialist is very hands on and has help my department grow.
Pros: Always work with Mark Festov who is always on point with whatever questions my team has. Customer service is top shelf

Pros: Very easy product to use and imbed in the DMS. It works tirelessly to datamine properly and dig up new business. We have gained almost 50k in new parts and service business!

Pros: The product helps get responses from our customers and helps turn inquiries into sales. Our rep, Katherine Carey, has been absolutely terrific and very helpful for any minor issues we come across or for any questions we may have. I love working with Katherine and the entire Conversica team. Support has been wonderful and I love working with them because things get dealt with and resolved pretty quickly.
Cons: Sometimes the same email gets sent out twice to the customer same day if there are duplicate emails in the system, but that's an easy fix on our end.
Pros: The System is very user friendly, and gives a breakdown of all prospects that are being contacted and confirms emails and phone numbers. Ironically, our Assistant Melanie, named after my Wife, gets emails and numbers that my Reps sometimes can't acquire.. It does a Fabulous Job of augmenting the work that my BDC reps do while not being intrusive to the clients. Highly Recommended!
Pros: Great product that definitely helped our closing ratios by helping us stay connected with our customers. It's so easy to use and the support team is always ready and willing to help.
Cons: I don't know why aren't more companies utilizing this product.
