Pros: holds my sales-team and managers accountable. makes sure that no lead goes without persistent and constant follow up. Really love the fact Conversica acts as a CSR... this helps us get a neutral party involved, and we can get a lot of info out of the customer.

Cons: Alex Terry should stay at the helm of Conversica... don't sell it... stay at the helm and retire.

Great product really helps keep an eye on leads

Pros: Stops the clock with the manufacturer. Ensures follow up by sales associates and alerts you of customers not receiving follow up. Low cost for the ROI

Pros: They are always open to suggestions for improvement and regularly check in with me to see if there is any feedback. Kelly is exceptional in explaining a very complicated process that makes our work so much easier.

Pros: Conversica is a great tool that will compliment any good internet process. Like anything else, you have to manage it, it won't replace good internal processes. I feel like even in our organization conversica can be misunderstood, and needs to be managed carefully.

Cons: Often misunderstood as an auto responder.

Pros: Provides visibility as to how well your Internet Team is handling leads. Allows you to know when your replies to Internet leads are being trapped by the consumers spam filter. Identifies, and notifies your Internet Team immediately, when you have a "Lead At Risk", one where your team has not made contact or the consumer is not satisfied with the information they received. This product will allow you to see a true contact rate on the leads that you have received, not a "filtered" report from your Internet sales team.

Cons: This really isn't a con if you will, but to maximize the results it requires close coordination with the sales team.
