Pros: A lot of people don't want to talk right away, but you can get a conversation started through text that leads to a sale.

Pros: We are seeing results from having the text tool available. It's great that it is there any time, anywhere I take my mobil I can access it and answer.

Pros: Looks good, professional, easy to search vehicles and history.

Cons: I can't download pictures from Mozillo or Edge to the site. They told me to use Chrome but then I am paying for another site.

Customers are using this to contact us, I can respond quickly.
