Pros: Have been using MyKaarma for several years now. First Mercedes-Benz dealer in the country to do so. When introduced to corporate they adopted the program for all M/B dealerships nationwide. The system is easy to use for all of my ASMs and most importantly for the customer. It results in much faster and accurate approvals by customers and a record both by text and by phone of the approval and what was discussed. The customer only has to know one phone number to either text or call their service advisor. The system automatically routes their inquiry or message to the advisor assigned to the repair order. It is the best system that I have seen and highly recommend it. We are a medium sized dealership writing 120 R.O.s per day, have 48 technicians and 9 service advisors. It works great for us!!
Cons: After securing 300 dealership for this company...the owner welched on his promise to take us out for lunch!!!
