Pros: It brings in leads from everywhere but the conversion rate isn't the best because the leads aren't always quality ones.
Cons: If they can filter leads better.
Pros: Awesome product! Easy to learn and use. Brings in customers and plenty of tools to help you close sales!
Pros: I get a lot of leads. I'm still able to convert at least 10% to a sale.
Cons: I wish the leads were more interested to purchase and not just looking for a price to sell their car.

Cons: I don't like KBB leads. I feel they are really trying to sell their car and not looking to buy. I get a lot of leads but I rarely get a response from anyone.
Pros: Basically, I get good quality leads that have all the contact info I need from a shopper. I like that the details have number, name, area, and the car they are looking at.
Cons: I don't get many leads and would like to get more.
Pros: I get the fewest leads from KBB but the quality is really good and the closing rate is better than many of my other providers that I get fewer leads. Good quality is what I like about KBB. My closing rate is about 45%.
