Pros: We get in plenty of leads, some are really good, others aren't the best but a lead is a lead and when you are getting them by the bunch you cant complain!

Cons: More quality leads would be great.

It brings in decent leads.

Pros: They may not bring as many leads as other lead providers but the leads they bring in are usually great, with plenty of information to work with.

Pros: KBB has been a great lead provider for us! Also our page with them gives customers the ability to chat with us!

Pros: It has brought in plenty of great leads, The website itself is simple, and straight forward so customers can easily go through our inventory, contact us or look up any information they might need.

Pros: Customers can see our rating from dealerrater, potential customers can contact us also potential customers can see pricing so when they come in we're on the same page!

Pros: It brings in leads from everywhere but the conversion rate isn't the best because the leads aren't always quality ones.

Cons: If they can filter leads better.

Pros: I get a lot of leads. I'm still able to convert at least 10% to a sale.

Cons: I wish the leads were more interested to purchase and not just looking for a price to sell their car.

Pros: I am not a fan and don't have any pros.

Cons: I don't like KBB leads. I feel they are really trying to sell their car and not looking to buy. I get a lot of leads but I rarely get a response from anyone.
