Pros: Fully integrated with Reynolds. Monthly phone meetings require management input and engagement.
Cons: Difficult to utilize the products to their full extent; especially when managing programs for multiple stores in a group setting.

Cons: customization is pretty slim to non existent. Aside from that, I love the product.
