Pros: I have 2 dedicated people assign to my account and they are excellent. The customer service makes up for any issues I might have.
Cons: If it wasn't for the customer service that I love so much, I would only give the actual system a 3. It's a bit older and could use some upgrades to make it more modern and up with the times.
Pros: It's very easy to use, comprehensive, has everything we need.
Pros: So far we like this a lot. It has more functionality for our needs.
Pros: This CRM is easy to manage. Keeps all information. Makes contacting new and old customers, easy!

Pros: We just switched over to this CRM, more than anything I was impressed with how fast they got it set up and integrated into our dealership. CRM itself is easy to use and works very well.
Cons: This system doesn't function like a CRM! Terrible integration! APPS aren't friendly to each other!
Pros: I really like how the CRM integrates with our DMS. So far it has been pretty easy to use and we haven't really had any issues.
Pros: They like PBS but feels it isn't quite up to speed with the bigger companies like R&R or ADP. They feel for the price it is a good product.
Cons: Lacks some of the competitors' features; not very user-friendly with searches of contacts/emails
