Pros: Above par customer service, speed, usability, and the easy to use interface are some of the things I can't get enough of from promax. I only have good things to say about this CRM.
Pros: The customer service is a huge asset to us. When we call, we talk to the same person every time. They will address problems and fix them right away. Shannon always gets things handled for us.
Cons: The only thing we would like is for the system to integrate with our DMS. We also have a problem with having to reset our passwords as much as we have to.
Pros: Customer service is great. We love that they have online training available for us to use if we need to learn more about the system. The CRM is extremely easy to use and for new hires to learn. Shannon and the CEO Shane are such a great asset to us.
Pros: Greatly utilized tool for finding cars and leads for customers. Every dealership should have a Promax CRM
Cons: Recently we cannot do email brochures that won't go to spam. 5 will be sent and only two will make into the customers inbox. Then you have to sign out and back in and restart the process again completely.
Pros: love them! Hands down the best customer service we have had from a vendor.
Cons: The only thing they could work on is that we have to reset our password a lot and that we feel we have barely scratched the surface of what the system can truly do. We have had them for a year and feel we are underutilizing the plattform.
Cons: VP is a joke takes a month to get back to you for a problem only to tell you that he is not helping you. Sales rep lies and tells you that its a month to month agreement and the manager can sign which is illegal only a officer of the company can sign a binding aggreement.I offered the VP proof that his sales rep was completely misleading and he disregarded it completely. I have worked with 6 different CRMS in my career and this is by far the worst system and company i have ever dealt with. I have never written a bad review in my life but this company is a joke and the auto industry is small and i will make it known on every site and auto group how promax does business.
Pros: The reports you can run allow you to be very specific.
Pros: Great Desking tool combined and very good flexible CRM functions. Everything in one spot makes usage high.
Cons: It bit slow to use to get through all the prompts.
Pros: Flexible and efficient in managing our customers and inventory. Easy for employees to use, keeps us organized and on task.
Pros: ProMax has been consistently reliable and great to work with through any slight issues we have had.
