Pros: We have used their CRM for a while now and have had no issues. It's easy to use and works really well for what we need.

Pros: It is an easy program to learn. The reports on productivity for individuals and the entire store are simple to generate and save alot of time.

Pros: Desking will book out ALL of my cars and show me which ones make the most money based on customer credit
Cons: Getting my dealer to actually use it. They tend to just go into the DMS and not save the deal when they're done. If they would USE the desking it would be AWESOME!
Pros: Best crm tool in the car business. Technology is fantastic, support staff is even better. Attention when you need it
