Cons: Not only is the support terrible but the system is glitchy!
Pros: Does a great job for us to keep track of our customers
Pros: They aren't pushy about it. Thy just do whatever they can to help our dealerships! Everything is easy and smooth. Their desking tool is the best too. Support is also outstanding.
