Pros: We just started using this CRM and it has been great so far. We were not using one before, but the learning curve was not bad at all. This program is easy to use for everybody. My favorite thing about it so far is how transparent and easy it has made the sales process. We are already seeing an increase in sales.

Pros: Easy to capture information and use in all aspects of the deal. From Desking, to Finance to Accounting. And now service.
Cons: Better Training video's would be nice. But can call my trainer is always on call.
Pros: Desking will book out ALL of my cars and show me which ones make the most money based on customer credit
Cons: Getting my dealer to actually use it. They tend to just go into the DMS and not save the deal when they're done. If they would USE the desking it would be AWESOME!
