Pros: works great with Dealer Track. Together the do it all!
Pros: This is not a bad program overall, more than anything I just really do not like the layout that this CRM has.
Cons: It is a little bit difficult navigate, it is unlike any other program I have used.
Pros: We use this for virtually everything- we store all of our customer information, notes, follow up, inventory, and helps with desking. Highly functional and well rounded program.
Pros: This CRM makes all of the difference. Keeps us organized and working hard. I love how easy it is to pull up contacts and previous transaction history.
Pros: Desking, ACV, Compliance, Credit Bureaus, when you buy them separately and spend more for everything or have this one program. ITs easy to use and its easy to makre sure the sales force does ITS job
Cons: Cant think of much I would rather it do. minor items that don't stay in your memory. so it cant be much.
Pros: We just started using this CRM and it has been great so far. We were not using one before, but the learning curve was not bad at all. This program is easy to use for everybody. My favorite thing about it so far is how transparent and easy it has made the sales process. We are already seeing an increase in sales.
