Pros: They are big enough to be a industry leader but small enough to listen to feedback and make some changes. Great company all around
Cons: There was some CRM cleanup that happens with every crm. However, I mentioned something and just like that they have those changes in queue
Pros: I've used a lot of CRM's and it is the easiest to use so far. Anytime we have a problem, they fix it right away. We've even had a customer support representative come to our dealership to help us fix some things. We also use their desking solution and have nothing negative to say at all.
Pros: We use it for BDC appt setting, generating sales activity, and desking. Their customer support sets them apart from any other CRM that I have used. You can connect w/ a human 99.9% of the time and they are very helpful. We are one of their original dealerships and don't plan on changing!
Cons: Their email service works fine and isn't very robust. I also wish that they had better integration with different social media platforms.
Pros: Their deal dashboard shows everything that you would possibly need to work a deal (customer info, vehicle, trade, credit etc). They also have excellent customer service and training. Anytime we have an issue, they pick up their phone and get it resolved very quickly. Great to work with!
Cons: Dated. Doesn't integrate with certain vendors. Don't have the ability to work several deals at once and multi-task.
Pros: Very easy to use. I love that they provide training so my salespeople understand how to use it. They also have amazing customer support and always help me out in a very timely manner. We don't currently use their desking tool but I plan on getting started with that soon. Very highly recommended!
Cons: The only thing I would recommend is that the continue to improve their mobile app.
Pros: The inventory sweep and mobile app are amazing. It makes it really easy for to desk deals and our sales consultants think it is very user friendly. It also integrates seamlessly with RouteOne and DealerTrack which makes it a lot easier to submit deals to the bank. I have been on it since 2009 and really love it!
Cons: None. They always seem to be improving their product.
Pros: Above par customer service, speed, usability, and the easy to use interface are some of the things I can't get enough of from promax. I only have good things to say about this CRM.
Pros: The customer service is a huge asset to us. When we call, we talk to the same person every time. They will address problems and fix them right away. Shannon always gets things handled for us.
Cons: The only thing we would like is for the system to integrate with our DMS. We also have a problem with having to reset our passwords as much as we have to.
Pros: Customer service is great. We love that they have online training available for us to use if we need to learn more about the system. The CRM is extremely easy to use and for new hires to learn. Shannon and the CEO Shane are such a great asset to us.
Pros: Greatly utilized tool for finding cars and leads for customers. Every dealership should have a Promax CRM
Cons: Recently we cannot do email brochures that won't go to spam. 5 will be sent and only two will make into the customers inbox. Then you have to sign out and back in and restart the process again completely.
