Pros: If you are looking for a new and improved way to buy a car well you have definitely found it. This is one of the best online shopping tools I have ever used.The product is user friendly for both the sales consultant and the customer. So no need to look anywhere else stop what your doing right now and go buy this product.
Pros: This is a fantastic tool. If it had a backend CMS it'd be able to replace a dealers website.
Cons: Not customizable. Needs a bigger focus on the build a car tool. Wish it could natively integrate into our website.

Pros: I sell cars nationwide, and 1 great thing about this application, is it allows me to calculate taxes, no matter where the client is located. It saves me time getting credit applications to them as well. Danielle M. was a magnificent trainer; she walked me through different scenarios that I find myself in frequently. Something else I like about the product, is the interactivity with the client that you have. They can actually see where their payment will be, based on the terms that you plug in, and it gives them a bigger feeling of control in the process. It keeps me in front of them, and takes away their ability to shop me at my desk as well. If I could give it a 15 out of 10, I would do it, in a heartbeat!

Pros: THIS PROGRAM ALLOWS ME TO GIVE CUSTOMERS INFORMATION IN REAL TIME AND EXPOUND ON TRANSPARENCY DURING THE PROCESS ALONG WITH OUR VERY GOOD TRAINING WITH DANIELLE.
Cons: AT THIS TIME I CAN NOT THINK OF ANYTHING THAT WOULD NOT ENCOURAGE ME TO USE THIS PROGRAM.

Pros: Ease of Use, great customer support. Roadster has adapted their tool to meet our needs and allowed us to be one of the most innovative dealerships in our region. They are great to partner with, listen to our needs, and provide our team and our guests with a superior shopping product.
Cons: Not really a con from my perspective, but in order to get the most out of Roadster you have to be an innovator. The virtual car shopping world is in its infancy, so don't expect it to be a panacea. They listen and adapt but you have to let them know what you need!
Pros: Allows for a quick and easy way to share vehicles and their features and payment structure directly with customers. Customers can start and even finish their transaction online, or at the very least reduce time spent at dealer.
Cons: Still in infant stages hopefully, more features and interactions to come. Would be nice to be a complete website rather than a subdomain to our existing one. Two-way texting rather than email only would be a great enhancement.
