Pros: Customer service has been good to us.
Cons: We have used these guys for quite a while and we have not got a good lead from them yet.
Pros: many leads..just not real solid!
Cons: The problem is that I can't sell it cheap enough to please these customers!
Pros: We don't get a ton but have decent amount of good leads. The leads have been good, usually have very useful information

Pros: We just signed back on with TrueCar about a month ago since they changed their pay plan, we sold 16 cars from them just this month. New program is much better and has proven to be effective in our dealership! Excited to work with them.

Pros: They have been really good at sending over really good leads with great information
Pros: By far the best leads, we are probably getting 75% of our leads from here.
Cons: Customers are basically building a ‘phantom car’, it looks at the info provider and tries to match based on input/inventory. Most of the customers, if they are not detailed in their specifications or we we don’t send them a vin specific price are often quoted a price lower than what it actually is.
Pros: We get a lot of great leads from these guys, we close a lot of these leads. Info provided is solid and the leads are often fairly low funnel.
Cons: I am not entirely sure if the ROI is where we need it to be, these guys are expensive! Leads are also fairly sporadic, could be because we have so much competition in the area.
Pros: Leads are frequent and the price is affordable!
