Pros: By far the best leads, we are probably getting 75% of our leads from here.
Cons: Customers are basically building a ‘phantom car’, it looks at the info provider and tries to match based on input/inventory. Most of the customers, if they are not detailed in their specifications or we we don’t send them a vin specific price are often quoted a price lower than what it actually is.
Pros: We get a lot of great leads from these guys, we close a lot of these leads. Info provided is solid and the leads are often fairly low funnel.
Cons: I am not entirely sure if the ROI is where we need it to be, these guys are expensive! Leads are also fairly sporadic, could be because we have so much competition in the area.
Pros: Leads are frequent and the price is affordable!
Pros: It is absolutely vital for our dealership to have a good online presence and to receive leads due to the fact that we get very little foot traffic. TrueCar has given us exponentially more leads than other lead providers, and they are the highest quality leads.
Pros: The reps at True Car train us and help with anything we need! Very happy with the solid leads we get! They are the best!

Pros: These guys are a necessary evil. I love organic leads, but if I can't get them organically it is nice to get a lot of solid leads through TrueCar. Very reliable information and solid leads.
Cons: Can get expensive!
Pros: We seem to get a little higher quality leads from TrueCar. Prevents us from having to deal with the junk we get from all of the others.
Pros: We are very pleased with Truecar! They are fast and efficient
Pros: I am not personally a far of lead providers simply because I hate selling a car for under the invoice price. That being said, TrueCar has great advertising and provides good leads.
Cons: Kind of a ripoff.
