Thousands of TrueCar Dealers nationwide have sold over 700,000 new and used vehicles to users of TrueCar sites, which includes hundreds of leading brands such as USAA, Consumer Reports, AAA, Farm Bureau, GEICO, American Express, TrueCar.com, U.S. News and Yahoo! Pros: These leads have the potential to close higher than a lot of other 3rd party sources.

Cons: Leads you sale will cost you through the nose and you won't make a dime on them. Most of these sales are going to end up being bad surveys. This company condoned a business plan of making the dealers out to be the bad guys in order to get them to inquiry with Truecar. Do not use this company.

Pros: We only use TrueCar and get a lot of leads. I'm not always sure the customer knows what model with options he's been looking at. He wants to get our car with a lot of options at the same price he saw on TrueCar which is much lower. Outside of that, I do get a lot of good interested shoppers and can convert many of the leads.

Pros: I have been getting a lot of leads with TrueCars. I'm not so sure if the customer always understands the info they get from the TrueCar web because it seems they are confused about the actual price because they don't understand the model and options of what they got a price for and what they find in my inventory may be fully loaded and the one they found on TrueCar may not be. I wish TrueCar would be a little more clear about the model viewed with price. Usually I'm able to work with the shopper and help them understand.

Cons: At this time I have no complaints.

Pros: TrueCar is a good lead source but is hard for customers to find the info they want. They have to hunt for the options they want etc.

Pros: I really only use TrueCar because my decision maker owner wants to utilize as many lead sources as possible and he's heard good things about TrueCar.

Cons: I think TrueCar is misleading to the customer and the info on their site isn't correct. It causes problems because when the customer sees a low price they think that is something they can get.

Pros: I like that the customer can find my inventory

Cons: I get leads for both new and used car leads and it's always the new car leads that have the most bad leads. I like that the customer can find my inventory but wish the leads didn't have so many with missing info.

Pros: TrueCar has a good navigation system as far as being able to find my inventory.

Cons: I don't feel that TrueCar is completely true pricing It has a good navigation system as far a being able to find my inventory but the leads are few and bad. I am converting about 6% of the leads and would like to get a higher ROI. My TrueCar rep is working with me to see about getting that raised.
