Pros: We get a few leads from them.
Cons: These leads have been historically unreliable and not the best. For what we pay we also do not get as many as we should.
Pros: I feel like these leads are pretty hit and miss. It is great to have any leads at all, but many of these are not looking to buy a car and can be difficult to get ahold of. It is nice that we can track these leads.
Cons: Poor information a lot of the time.
Pros: Relatively good customer service with this company.
Cons: The close rate on these leads is significantly lower than we need to see. Seems like we get a lot of shoppers, which would be fine if we weren't paying an arm and a leg for them!
Pros: This is a great company to use as a lead provider. They have consistently pushed customers into our store for years. Great and reliable information provided.
Pros: They make it easy for Customers to find us!
Pros: The volume of leads from Autotrader is not the best, but the quality of ups is unmatched. When one of these leads comes through, it is likely to be a sale.
Cons: Wish we could get more leads from them!

Cons: We found that this was a very poor investment for our dealership; many of these leads were not looking to buy a car, just shopping around.

Cons: Too expensive to get to the top of the line. You must also be willing to sell cheaper!
Pros: From my experience, these are by far the most solid leads that come through our dealership. I cannot speak to the ROI because I am not involved, but these deals are usually easy to close.
