Pros: Great tracking and very helpful staff!!
Pros: saves times with reviewing calls, allows us to save missed opportunities, accuracy level higher than others products used
Cons: wish it was more customizable
Pros: It lets us know when my team members don't handle calls right so we can coach them.
Cons: Sometimes it is complicated getting that info.
Pros: It's good to have. It's reviewing the calls so we can look at what did or did not happen.
Pros: It gives us a great sense of when assistance is needed on the phone calls. Does what it's supposed to do and gives us an idea of our phone calls
Cons: I wish it was more timely. A lot of times we will get a review and the email comes in several hours later. Really not good for this business. More than a few have come in with inaccurate information as far as no attempt to gain the call. There will be times when the contact information isn't always correct. I don't always know who to send the incorrect information to.
Pros: It alerts you right away when you are not next to your computer, I get an email and I can get to the call and check the voicemail.
Pros: Notifies you when someone takes a call and an appointment isn't set. It also tells you if a call is disconnected. I like how they send out emails so we can go after it later
Cons: Sometimes it's generic. Sometimes they think it's a deal saver call and it's not. It's not specific. It can't tell if the customer already came in or not.
Pros: It's supposed to give us an opportunity to follow up on phone calls and use it as training. It alerts us when a phone call comes in so we can follow up.
Cons: I answer a lot of phone calls, get info and set appointments. The people at CallSource are not doing their job. They are supposed to listen to phone calls and get information. The execution is poor. The data they report is bad especially when I know about the call and its content. It's inaccurate in its feedback. I would recommend it if it did what it was supposed to do.
Pros: If the customer calls in and the sales person doesn't get any information, then it alerts the manager, me, so I can go back and listen to the call and call the customer if we need to get the information.
Pros: Great product and well worth the money!
