Pros: We love the custom email blasts that can be sent out. The entire staff is wonderful to work with and incredibly professional. Our account rep, JR, is top notch. Additionally the templates to choose from are very professional looking. CIMA has helped us retain our customers, and we would recommend them to anyone looking to enhance their marketing to increase customer retention.

Pros: I was so impressed with the CIMA system that when I moved to this dealership it was one of the first programs we got. Communication is excellent and our Rep Carla keeps on top of our campaigns that they get out at least once a month if not more. Works Great.
