Pros: Easy for the customer to schedule, shows diagnostic pricing for different areas. Shows customer maintenance schedules and future maintenance. Lots of options and makes checking in so much smoother for us all.
Cons: company is too small and signed too many dealers. Wasn't able to offer much support.
Pros: We've used it for awhile and like it. It's a great tool!
Pros: It's very compatible with Chrysler
Cons: Overall, the Dealer-FX products could use improvement.They are not very integrated.
Pros: Great product for service appointments (can filter appointments by Advisor and print them each morning showing customer, make/model, etc.); good navigation.
Cons: Links to Reynolds aren't seamless (requires toggling between apps).
