Pros: I find Dealermine very easy to use. The Tech Support team is very helpful and so are the Trainers. Rick and Katie came to visit recently and were very helpful with answering our questions, giving suggestions and helping us with scripting for out bound calls.
Cons: New version is a little slow at times.
Pros: dealermine reps came over to the dealership to train us on using the program and utilizing all the tools. This was very helpful and we learned new features, they also helped with wording when it comes to out bound phone calls and how to make conversations, quick easy and progressive. really appreciated it .!
