Zeigler Automotive Group today announced the acquisition of its fourth Ford dealership, McCarthy Ford of North Riverside, from the LeFevour family. The dealership, formerly known as Joe Rizza Ford for nearly 40 years before falling under LeFevour ownership a little over a year ago, will be renamed Zeigler Ford of North Riverside and will officially open on Tuesday, June 26 under Zeigler management.

Riverside, ILL. (June 22, 2018) - Zeigler Automotive Group today announced its 26th dealership acquisition after officially purchasing its fourth Ford dealership location, McCarthy Ford of North Riverside, from Ray and John LeFevour.

McCarthy Ford of North Riverside located at 2100 Harlem Ave, North Riverside, IL was most prominently known in the community as Joe Rizza Ford for nearly 40 years before the first generation car dealers acquired it last February.

The dealership will be renamed Zeigler Ford of North Riverside and will reopen on Tuesday, June 26, under Zeigler management with plans to offer current McCarthy Ford clients and new customers special offers and discounts.

“We feel that this store has great potential.  With everything we know about this business and with the community’s support, we can really make this a successful store,” said Aaron Zeigler, president of Zeigler Automotive Group.

Zeigler also confirmed that he will keep the current dealership’s staff on-board but will bring on Val Kholodovsky as general manager.

The deal to buy was made early last month with the official closing date occurring Monday, June 25.

Zeigler Automotive Group announces the opening of its state-of-the-art Zeigler Nissan Gurnee dealership now located at 3175 E. Grand Ave in Lindenhurst, IL. The new facility is the first ground-up, purpose-built Nissan Retail Environment Design Initiative (NREDI 2.0) store in the United States.

Zeigler Nissan Gurnee opened its highly anticipated, 300,000-sq. ft. facility located at 3175 E. Grand Ave in Lindenhurst on February 27, 2017. The Zeigler Automotive Group dealer will hold an Official Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting on May 17th, 2017.

The new state-of-the-art dealership is based on Nissan's innovative NREDI 2.0 design, intended to provide customers with attractive, comfortable, and welcoming places to spend time while also offering needed services as efficiently as possible. The initiative is part of the new standard for next generation Nissan dealerships worldwide.

Although other NREDI 2.0 dealerships have opened in the US, these facilities were modified from their existing structures to fit the design.

Highlights of the design include a modern showroom with a quiet area, customer lounge with 15 tablets available for vehicle customization, and a unique Nissan vehicle showcase.
