Lupient Automotive Group today announced plans to hold an official groundbreaking ceremony for INFINITI Milwaukee's new showroom. The Lupient INFINITI dealer currently located at 2228 East Moreland Boulevard in Waukesha is scheduled to move to its new 31,700 square-foot home in West Allis at the end of the year. The ground breaking ceremony, hosted by the dealer and premier general contractors Kraus-Anderson Construction Co, is set for Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at noon at the new 2.9-acres site located at 10595 W. The new, two-story, 31,726-square-foot luxury INFINITI dealership, designed by Wisconsin-based Gries Architectural Group, will feature an 8,400-square-foot service area with 13 service bays, a dual-lane serve reception, and an attached car wash facility. It will also include a 4,000-square-foot luxury showroom, 9,300 square-feet of office space, and 253 parking spaces.

The Tampa-based automotive group closed on Brandon Hyundai and Brandon Mitsubishi on Thursday, Aug. 2. This move marks two separate milestones for Morgan Auto Group: Its first Hyundai dealership as acquisition No. 31 and its third Mitsubishi dealership as acquisition No. 32. Both dealerships are at 9915 E. Adamo Dr., Tampa FL.
Tampa Bay, Fla. (August 3, 2018) - Morgan Auto Group has acquired two new dealerships, Brandon Hyundai and Brandon Mitsubishi, bringing the group’s total count to 32 dealerships. This recent purchase also adds the Hyundai brand to Morgan's portfolio.
"The Brandon Hyundai and Brandon Mitsubishi acquisitions are exciting on many fronts. They bring an excellent volume brand like Hyundai to our group and extend our presence in a Brandon market where we have always enjoyed doing business,” said Brett Morgan, CEO of Morgan Auto Group.
Both dealerships are located at 9915 E. Adamo Drive, Tampa, near another Morgan dealership, Brandon Honda.
“We have long known and admired the seller John Wendkos—who has owned car dealerships for almost 50 years—and were honored that he chose to sell the dealerships to us. These acquisitions present the perfect mix of great brands and a stellar location,” said Bennett Acuff, VP of Morgan Auto Group.
The automotive group also announced that industry veteran, Jerry Clark, will serve as the new general manager for both stores, noting that Clark was recruited from Maryland for his high level of experience.

Aaron Zeigler Acquires McCarthy Ford Riverside With Plans To Take Over Early Next Week

Riverside, ILL. (June 22, 2018) - Zeigler Automotive Group today announced its 26th dealership acquisition after officially purchasing its fourth Ford dealership location, McCarthy Ford of North Riverside, from Ray and John LeFevour.
McCarthy Ford of North Riverside located at 2100 Harlem Ave, North Riverside, IL was most prominently known in the community as Joe Rizza Ford for nearly 40 years before the first generation car dealers acquired it last February.
The dealership will be renamed Zeigler Ford of North Riverside and will reopen on Tuesday, June 26, under Zeigler management with plans to offer current McCarthy Ford clients and new customers special offers and discounts.
“We feel that this store has great potential. With everything we know about this business and with the community’s support, we can really make this a successful store,” said Aaron Zeigler, president of Zeigler Automotive Group.
Zeigler also confirmed that he will keep the current dealership’s staff on-board but will bring on Val Kholodovsky as general manager.
The deal to buy was made early last month with the official closing date occurring Monday, June 25.

CK Advertising is challenging local businesses to surpass last year’s 14,058-pound donation to the Holiday Heroes Food Drive by Nov. 17. The food drive sponsored by the Cape Coral Police Department benefits the Harry Chapin Food Bank.
Cape Coral, FL (November 3, 2017) – Local award-winning advertising agency is challenging Cape Coral and Fort Myers businesses to surpass the 14,058-pound donation it made last year to the Holiday Heroes Food Drive. The annual food drive, hosted by the Cape Coral Police Department, brought in nine tons total last year for the Harry Chapin Food Bank, including CK Advertising’s food donation and $1,000 check.
The challenge deadline is set for Friday, Nov. 17 – the official Harry Chapin Food Bank pickup date for donations at the agency’s headquarters in Cape Coral.
The Cape Coral Police Department will also be holding a SWAT demonstration from 9 a.m. to noon at the agency located at 1521 Commerce Creek Blvd. Cape Coral, near the Hope Hospice Center.
“People love to help but by the time they see something on the news, they feel like it’s too late to participate or they might not get around to it. We just want people to know that we’re here and available in the area as a drop-off point in case they’re heading to work or running errands. We’re open from 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. on weekdays,” said Ed Kiesel, VP and creative director at the agency.
“But we’re still hoping someone can beat our donation from last year and help more families,” he added.
