Pros: Making pie charts and disowning salespeople to their customers. Salespeople lose customer ownership. Dealer owns the client. Very customization if you have hours and hours to design modals. Decent chat help. You will get to know all the techs names.

Cons: Been using this system for several months and want to punch the screen on a daily basis. If you are looking for a database that loses your clients in a massive pool of every client imported this system is for you. Salespeople complain that unless they can remember complete spellings of the customers name or a full phone number they can't find their customers in the system. Lease system still inoperative months later. Autopencil could be good if lease info was accurate. Great system for a dealership who has a continuous pool of salespeople coming and going. Not a good system for a professional long tern salesperson.

Pros: It's a great CRM. It's easy to use and to keep track of customers and for managers to see what's going on with show room traffic. Everything else seems so black and white, whereas iMagicLab is more user friendly.

Cons: No problems.

Pros: The installation person was very helpful.

Cons: We moved to iMagic under the impression they had the latest most advanced CRM available. We changed after 2 months with their product.They were very helpful in the beginning, but absolutely horrible on the switch out. It's been 2 months and we still have yet to receive our final data extraction from them, losing 45 days worth of information in the transition! Toward the end of our service with them I requested my password so I could recover customer information and templates. I was totally ignored. Don't trust your data with this company, you may lose it.

Pros: For basic customer follow up, this product is fine.

Cons: For detail stuff like dialing in on automated follow up cycles, or running leases, it needs vast improvement. In the words of our training tech - "The way you think it should work... it doesn't work like that..."

Pros: DealerCRM is incredibly easy and allows us to communicate with thousands of customers each month via phone calls, emails, text messages, and even letters - yes letters. Snail mail still works! I love the interfaces - love the fact that my contact history is located all in one location in the clients file. Our sales reps have an easy time understanding the software and we can easily monitor when they do their jobs and don't. Reporting is a breeze - support is always on the ball and gets to the bottom of issues fast. Bottom line - it's a tremendous piece of software that was designed by car guys who know how to make $.

Cons: Takes a minute to get the system down but that's typical of any software.

Pros: The product allows me do everything possible to maintain a customer base and keep my customers happy! I really love having the abillity to text and call my customers from a single button on my computer. The recording feature is also super nice incase I have to hear my phone call for any reason. This CRM is 5 stars!

Pros: I really can't think of any pros. I'm sure it is a decent product, but their horrible customer service kills any positives about the product.

Cons: in 20 years as a dealer I have never experienced customer service as bad as IMagic. Once they get your signature on a contract they couldn't care less about helping your business. I strongly urge everyone to consider other options when looking for a crm tool.
