Hi Mike, great video and you are just scratching the surface. At one time I was the Service Advisor trainer for a large dealership. All of my trainees were taught to use much better terms: "disassemble and inspect" instead of "teardown", "complete engine oil, filter and fluid top-off service" instead of "LOF" or "oil change", "maximin performance engine and emissions updates" instead of "tune-up', etc.
