Pros: The staff are very responsive when we have problems.
Cons: They annoy the hell out of me by constantly asking for a 1+ year contract for tiny price discounts. None of their competitors want a contract.
Pros: excellent reporting, easy to used web site the I dont think the basic functions and report generating tabs have ever changed. there is also a desk top app that lets you monitor live calls as they come in. Frmo within thier site you can play a recorded call,save it to your computer, email the recording. You can match up the caller and select your employee (from a drop down)add them to the call and enter notes and schedule for follow up if needed. You can also forward to sales peoples cell phones and the recordings will automatically sync with your crm and log the call for your consultant, all they need to do is log into the crm and make notes if needed.
Cons: no round robin function for multiple users getting calls on a single number. No out going call campains for special evens or service,parts reminders.

Cons: Hard to intregrate into CRM tool.
Pros: Full transparency of what campaigns worked or didn't work as far as creating traffic. Also gives you the opportunity to review any phone call for future training purposes. Great addition to have for any dealership.

Pros: It works in call tracking, good reporting and easy to navigate.
Cons: Unwilling to understand that price increases at contract renewal sometimes should be a lowering and not an increase. How come it seems like we get what we "asked" for the previous year at renewal (then just do it when we asked for it :)..to me it is a slight of hand approach to the end user from the provider
