Pros: We use it to print tickets.
Cons: Its junk. Someone needs to make something that will make it easier to write tickets. Its really just horrible. You'll never meet a service advisor that likes CDK.
Pros: Paper trail is awesome. W are always up to date and it is super functional.
Pros: CDK takes care of us and helps with many facets of our dealership.

Pros: The concept is great. A fully integrated, ipad ready, get your advisors on the lane to upsell program.
Cons: Its not fully integrated, its cumbersome and adds work instead of lessening it. It had glitches and hiccups and the majority of install and training was spent working out bugs.
