Cons: The leads need to be better filtered so that we know before hand what type of financing will be needed because at times people come in thinking they can do one thing but can't.

Pros: We receive leads from Cars Direct New Cars and Cars Direct Finance leads. New car leads are great, to the point, upfront pricing. Quality lead service using our local boundries.
Cons: Special Finance leads seem to be half legit and half fake or frauds. Nearly 5 of 10 leads either don't know how we received their information and some never submitted anything at all. Imagine a customer's surprise when they get a call asking to verify their information, info they never submitted. We had one lady in tears because, she is out of work, in the hospital and someone had submitted her credit info that morning. She has no children or a spouse, NO ONE knew her info. So where are they getting these leads from? I can understand one time being a fluke... several times?Something seems fishy.
Pros: "lead" volume, upfront prices
Cons: extremely low lead quality, paying for fraudulent leads from identity thieves, ect.
