Pros: I always get so excited when I get new leads in from cars.com. They are always better than the GM leads we get in.
Pros: Leads are good most of the time.
Cons: Sometimes they are slow to update prices and it makes for confusion.

Pros: Really useful. Seems like I get a lot of people requesting me personally. When the leads come through its in email format and you can reply immediately. They also have great templates.
Pros: I get a lot of leads from cars.com. They pop up on our system with all the information I need to help me with the sale!
Pros: Its okay. We are rolling it out at our new store, and are figuring that out. I have used them in the past.
Cons: I prefer other lead gen vendors. These leads hardly come in with all of the customers information.
