Pros: A caution against moving to a new CRM is the learning curve associated with retraining and trying to adapt personal workflows to new processes. What normally takes weeks to become accustom to new software, actually took me hours! Additionally, it is impressive how eLead has found a design balance in their CRM between GUI style without sacrificing a flexibility of access to customer information and preferences.

Cons: The process of updating information accurately is not an intuitive process and can soak up a bit more time than I prefer in a fast-paced business.
