A good start, but I think missing one detail. Include the owner. My last dealership had two owners. One absent who pretended to operate as the owner, the other just absent. Good employees fired because they were always cutting back. Great employees leaving because of no support from management or owners. Over my 30+ year career I've worked at some great stores. I read a comment recently in one of the other online forums for Used Car dealers. The poster, a dealer principal, wrote: “With reconditioning cost through the roof these days I prefer to buy as ready as possible. I feel my money is better spent on the frontline ready car..”
